Personal coaching will entail personally meeting with Russ to work on establishing your unique purpose and developing a frame work for success. Learn to understand the driving forces that shape your life. Throughout your coaching you will create future plans and goals, learn self-management and how to work with others. By understanding your comfort zone, you will understand your limiting beliefs and begin to grow and identify powerful alternatives.

One hour coaching / consutlation $120.00/hr

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is designed for executive boards, departments, such as a sales team, and large groups. To be effective, several coaching sessions are recommended; each session, tailored to your needs and growth. Each coahing senario is carefully mapped out to meet the needs of the team or group. Specific and desired outcomes are identified and achieved.
